Privacy policy
How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by Niliana Digital FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, work email address, company name, website address, the service you are interested in and any message you write. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this website.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or audit. Where data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union. We may use trusted service providers, such as email providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
International transfers
As we are based in the United Arab Emirates and work with clients worldwide, your data may be accessed from outside your country. Where this happens we take steps to keep it protected to the standard required by applicable data protection law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. To make a request, use the enquiry form on our contact page and mark it "Privacy request". You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
